A Hampshire hotel is all set to host a major wedding fayre next month – and it promises to be a special occasion for one member of staff.
Clare Waite has taken on the role of wedding co-ordinator at The Legacy Botleigh Grange Hotel in Hedge End in Southampton and will be celebrating her ten-year anniversary working at the four-star venue when the event is held on Sunday, September 19.
More than 40 exhibitors will be showcasing their services at the fayre, which runs from 11am until 2pm and costs £2 to enter, and will include a live fashion show.
Visitors to the fayre will also be able to find out about a new all inclusive wedding planning package which the hotel is launching.
Clare began life at the Botleigh Grange Hotel as a receptionist and has worked in various departments throughout the hotel prior to co-ordinating all weddings held at the venue.
She said: “We’ve got a really busy autumn of weddings planned this year and I’m sure this event will be popular with brides-to-be and their partners planning their big days.
“We’ve also recently launched special deals for weddings held on Fridays and Sundays which are proving to be really popular and the fayre will be a perfect opportunity for couples to find out all about them.
“I’ve really enjoyed working at the hotel over the last ten years and I’m delighted to be helping brides and bridegrooms-to-be plan every detail behind their special day.”
