- Roast tomato & basil soup with croutons
- Seasonal melon with pineapple & strawberry salsa (v, gf)

Main Course
- Roast chicken breast with champ mash, button mushrooms & tarragon jus (gf)
- Honey-glazed pork loin with apple compote & cider gravy (gf)
- Slow braised local beef with creamed potato & bourguignon garnish
- Open lasagne with ratatouille & mozzarella
Served with chef’s selection of fresh market vegetables and potatoes

- Eton Mess with seasonal berries, Madagascan vanilla cream & crushed meringue
- Irish Cream Cheesecake, fresh mint & vanilla syrup

Evening Supper for 100 people (one choice):

- Civil Ceremony Room Hire in the Hill Suite
