- Exclusive hire of the Hangar for 12 hours*
- Ceremony on board Concorde (for up to 56 people, including Bride and Groom) if required.
- A Private Brides Room or Prayer Room.
- Use of the Hangar and its tables and chairs for up to 750 guests for your celebration.
- Unlimited volume of corkage: Wine, spirits, bottled beer and soft drinks only, does not include draught beer. Draught bar available - price on application
- Cash bar provision with bar staff if required - minimum bar spend applies
- Two hours of consecutive Concorde short tours for you and your guests
- Use of the Hangar and Concorde for your photographer to capture photos of your special day
- Dedicated Event Co-ordinator support throughout the planning stages of your wedding
- Front and back of house supervisory during set up, event and de-rig
- Free car parking for guests
Please note a £500.00 returnable cleaning bond is required along with your final balance payment in order to confirm your booking. Subject to end of hire sign-off from Venue Supervisor.
*Starting no earlier than 8.00am and finishing no later than 01.00am, times to be agreed in advance at the point of booking. Hire period of 12 hours to include set up, event and de-rig period, additional hours or part thereof outside of agreed times to be charged at £250.00 + VAT per hour.
Use of our onsite kitchens not permitted.
Your chosen caterers would set up at the rear of the Hangar. The caterers would need to provide plastic floor coverings to protect the area of carpet where they would be working/serving.

Friday or Saturday £10,995.00 + VAT
Ancillary services and additional items that your Event Co-Ordinator will be happy to assist with:
- Lit star cloth boards at £500.00 +VAT.
- Atmospheric lighting packages and other AV and event equipment hire available –discuss with your Event Co-ordinator for more details and costs.
- Special rates at preferred local hotels.
