Within the grounds, just a stones throw away from the main hotel, you will find the self-contained Hampton Suite. You will have full exclusive of this space for your special day, including the foyer area, beautiful private bar and outdoor terrace. The Hampton Suite is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 120 guests, and can easily be transformed to be utilised for the wedding breakfast and evening reception too. After your guests have partied the night away, they can enjoy a relaxing nights sleep in one of the onsite bedrooms. The hotel is dog friendly, so if you would like your four-legged friend to be part of your big day, they are very welcome to!

If you would prefer to hire the space and arrange your own caterers and suppliers there are room hire only options available to enable this.

If you’re looking for somewhere to hold a Tipi or Marquee wedding, perhaps with a festival or boho theme, The Charlecote Pheasant Hotel has its own private 5-acres field which is ideal for such an occasion. The team can assist with planning your outdoor extravaganza and help you arrange a tipi supplier along with caterers, or you are very welcome to source your own.
