Alternatively the Racecourse Suite provides flexibility in room layout options and can be divided into smaller sections to cater for a more intimate ceremony.

Whether you begin with a drinks reception and canapés or start the celebrations with your wedding breakfast, we have two rooms available, depending on your number of guests

Evening Celebrations

Both the Marquee and Racecourse Suite provide the perfect backdrop for your evening celebrations.

Marquee

Located in the central courtyard the Marquee has a capacity of up to 250 guests. With its silk lined walls, pretty fairy lit backdrops and coloured uplighters it provides the perfect ambience for your evening celebrations. Benefiting from its own private bar and BOSE sound system the Marquee is perfect for celebrating with your guests.

Racecourse Suite

Located within the hotel, the Racecourse Suite is a traditional function room with a private bar facility, and can cater for up to 150 guests. The space is flexible and can be tailored to meet your requirements for your evening celebrations.

A Master Of Ceremonies is available and can be as formal or informal as you’d like. You can keep your guests fed throughout the evening with a wonderful selection of dishes or barbecue.
