The Royal Hotel is the perfect setting for a wedding reception. It looks out over Weymouth Bay and offers fantastic sea views. Built in red brick and Portland stone and completed in 1899, this elegant Victorian building is a beautiful backdrop which will add beauty to any wedding photograph.

The Ballroom, known as ‘The Queens Ballroom’ is located at the rear of the building. The spacious ballroom is ideal for both stylish receptions and informal parties, it has its own private bar and large dance floor. The Hotel also has a beautiful restaurant with stunning views across Weymouth beach, which lends itself perfectly to relaxed receptions and smaller parties.

Chefs take enormous pride in their cuisine and a fine selection of menus can be offered to meet your specific requirements. With so much experience, they are able to offer a wide choice for a formal wedding breakfast and an excellent selection of buffet menus for daytime and evening receptions.
